Cooling SSD m2. Do I need to use thermal pads?

There is an m2 pci-e 4.0 SSD, which, judging by the reviews, easily steps over 100 degrees. I watched a video with tests whether radiators are needed for ssd m2 (spoiler: needed) and it said that the sticker can not be removed. Type without it, the difference is only a couple of degrees, but the guarantee flies. Has anyone tried removing the sticker and applying a thermal pad? How much will this increase cooling efficiency?
PS Test different heatsinks on ssd m2

The sticker cannot be removed. Glue the thermal pad directly on top of the sticker.

A thermal pad is needed even with a sticker, but about "easily steps over 100 degrees" - nonsense, this should not be, my m.2 warmed up to a maximum of 60 (reading 3000 mb / s, writing 1700 mb / s).
