The hoster says to do this: Settings > Zoom Control > Control Panel > Global Actions > Enable https.
But I don’t have this section))) although I saw it somewhere before, it was possible to switch .... now I can’t find it, help me.
Also, what other actions will need to be done, or will the system automatically translate everything?

Switching to https is not a question for Bitrix, but for a hoster, whose technical support you need to find out what actions you need to take in order to connect an SSL certificate. Some hosters now offer to install free LetsEncrypt certificates as well, but what is better - paid or free, it is better to contact the hoster and consult or read on the Internet.
After connecting the SSL certificate from the side of the Bitrix site (or to any other CMS), you need to make sure that all external scripts are connected via the https protocol, i.e. so that there are no warnings from the browser and it shows that everything is ok take.ms/Pf2RG You
