Controlling android tablet with broken display using VNC?

The display is broken on the tablet, the touchscreen works. I would like to install VNC on it. Which client is the best fit? Also, the question arises, how to make it so that when you turn on the tablet, VNC automatically starts (not just a program, but immediately a connection)?
