Controlled multi-channel drivers for LED lights for home use?

I thought it would be interesting to build lighting somewhere in the house entirely on LED. And I decided to try to do it in one room. The idea is something like this - there are n lamps that live on one power supply, which has n "channels" - each for its own lamp, and this power supply is so a little smart to the heap - you can somehow say "turn on channel m" or "turn off channel o".
Does this happen at all?

Ready-made solutions - dimmers with PWM, meet with WiFi, even ... I manage with ribbons in the hall with a radio remote control, and the corridor & bath & toilet are lit with single wool (brightly - from 2 PCs / m2). I didn’t bother with the controls - in the kitchen I don’t turn off the tape (secondary lighting to pour coffee without spilling at night) - 50 rubles / year.

If not only the result is interesting, but also the process of creation itself, then it is quite possible to use Raspberry PI + Gertboard.
