Control panel for services and scripts in Linux?

One of the smart home controllers has such a wonderful control panel as part of SCADA:

It allows you to add scripts, set launch conditions (scheduled, in a loop, by event), edit scripts in a simple editor, turn execution on/off, view the output of script execution and save it for analysis.
Is there anything similar for regular Linux? Monstrous hosting control panels are not that, they are more tied to work with standard servers. And I want a simple panel that would manage a dozen custom scripts in a couple of languages, and would be configured not through the console, but through the browser.

Something tells me that most of the solutions will be goofs to cron, that is, only on a schedule.
There are non-browser Gnome Schedule and KCron. And a similar topic on lore .
