Constant wi-fi disconnects?

I assembled a computer with a motherboard with a built-in wifi module and bluetooth a few months ago. Very often, eight times a day or more often, wifi disconnects occur or the speed drops to a minimum (I notice when watching TV shows online). After some time, it is restored, and sometimes you wait at least five minutes. Could the problem be related to a bad module or is this normal for wifi internet? I could attribute this to a router, but I constantly move around the city, live in different apartments, and everywhere there is such a problem.

Overheating is possible, we will not rule it out. Try the following steps:

  1. Go to Control Panel - (Select at the top where "Category - Large Icons") - Power Options
  2. After selecting "High performance" - click on "configure power plan"
    Then:
  3. Apply all settings
  4. Press the key combination WIN + R and type devmgmt.msc in the window and click OK
  5. Find "Network adapters" in the list that opens and open it
  6. from the list that opens, open the device that has the word "Wireless" in the name (this will be your WiFi module) and in the "advanced or power management" tab, uncheck "Allow to turn off this device to save money"
  7. Reboot the computer and if the problem persists, then try updating the drivers on the motherboard, including this module
