Console torrent client?

I wanted to do the following thing - run a script using the crown that parses the favorites in the imhonet . If new episodes of your favorite series are released, then:
1. Download the torrent file.
2. The torrent is fed to the client.
3. When the series is downloaded, it is converted to iphone compatible format.
4. A record of this momentous event is added to MongoDB.
Stuck on the second point, are there any normal console torrent clients for Windows?
Yes, and on the third point, not everything is clear, you can certainly install ffmpeg, but maybe there is a simpler solution?

Utorrent can automatically add distributions to itself from a specific folder in the settings. Take advantage of this feature, and that's it.
Well, under Orthodox OS, I would use rtorrent, but again, torrents would be added automatically from the folder.

Here you can choose according to your taste :) And I don't understand - why don't you like the solution with ffmpeg?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
