Hello!
We plan to connect Yandex turbo pages to the site to increase the site loading speed.
Will this affect the page speed of the site in PageSpeed?

Yandex turbo pages are actually a separate RSS with specially generated page data, and not a modification of existing site pages. Google doesn't care at all. The download speed increases only when moving from Yandex, because not the pages of your site are given, but lightweight stumps of pages formed on the basis of this RSS.
