You need to implement a connection to the raspberry from a smartphone or any other device and be able to access devices located on the raspberry subnet, for example, an ip camera or gopro connected to it via wifi, the raspberry will only have Internet access via a usb modem, most likely with a static IP address, how it is possible to organize bridge connection between them?
