Connecting cameras to the web and backups. Where to dig?

There is a task to make a web interface to 5-6 cameras and make backups of recordings to a remote server. I've never come across this before, I don't even know how to google it. Tell me the name of the solutions or what queries to google.

We purchased a registrar along with ip-cameras (10 pieces, I don’t remember). Raid "mirror" for 3GB, enough for 30 days, just under the regulations.
It would be hard for me to write an interface with viewing and recording.
