Connecting an LBP-810 printer to a Win 7 64bit computer?
Initial data: there is an LBP-810 printer, an old man, but still peppy and works like a clock. The printer is connected to eeepc, which hangs on the wall and acts as an informer / torrent downloader / print server ( If you are interested, then here ).
Problem: I need to print from laptops, on one Win7 32 bit, on the other Win7 64bit. Printer drivers for Win7 32 bit are not very stable, and for Win7 64 bit they are not available at all, so printing is not possible.
Question: Is there software that works as follows - it receives a task from the client to print something, and then prints the task using the resources of the computer to which the printer is connected?
I have never been a programmer, otherwise, I would probably implement the functionality by printing to PDF in a certain folder, from where the written software installed on eeepc would print all new files.

There was a similar problem - I solved the problem as follows - I downloaded the VM player, and the image of the pig (XP) for the VM. After that, all those devices that did not work on Win 7 64bit connected through a virtual machine and installed firewood on the virtual machine itself. Perhaps for the sake of one printer, an unoptimized solution (in fact, you will shoot a fly from a cannon), but with a high probability this method will work.
But for example, such a solution saves me from day to day. the scanner only works with a pig, for a printer, firewood on Win7 64bit is not stable, there are also a number of devices that can only be flashed through a pig, although new firmware is currently being released ...
PS: VMware Player 3.XX There will be no problems downloading, as it is distributed free of charge.
VMWare image with WinXP installed is also not difficult to download - look on torrent trackers.
I will solve the problem by installing foxit reader and a PDF printing script:
