The printer does not print over the network, Win10, what could be?
There is a D-Link switch, not programmable, 5 users are connected to it.
Each friend sees a friend, the ping goes.
When sharing a printer (laserjet p1102), users see this printer and connect to it. Test printing from users is printed without problems, but when typing word, excel, notepad, printing does not go, i.e. from the bottom in the Word it says that the page has been sent for printing and the Word AUTOMATICALLY closes, the same with notepad and excel.
The document gets stuck in the print queue and does not even write the status of the document, although it is the first in the queue. From the main PC (where the printer is shared), printing is normal and successful.
What I did:
1) Connected another printer.
2) Restarted the print service from all computers.
3) I reinstalled the drivers
4) I changed usb on the printer itself
Everything turned out to be unsuccessful, I don’t know what it could be and where to find this very conflict?
At first, he sinned against the office, but after all, he also simply closes the notebook.

Stupid question - do you choose the right printer when printing?
What is the system on the PC with the printer?
Win 10 what? (home, pro, normal (ltsc)? Did
you install the driver separately? Or was it automatically attached when installing the printer from the network?
It is necessary to connect the printer correctly: add a new printer, local port, display \\computer\printer in the field,
but they do not really work from the network environment - there are problems with drawing the task.
