Connecting 2 frameworks to the site?

If you connect to the project for layout, for example, two frameworks, bootstrap and Materialize, is it bad for the functionality?

If you are talking about angular material, then write row for tests and I think everything will fly right away, if about bootstrap material as a topic for bootstrap, then of course not, but why do you actually lack bootstrap? there is no fundamentally different approach yet, except with a number at the end (I'm talking about the grid), except perhaps a slightly slightly different angular material

And what could be bad about it? Only if there are class conflicts, but here the one who is connected below has priority, that's all the arithmetic.
Well, plus, extra weight. But they are both pretty light.

If for a quick start, then the rules. and so ... I am against such frames, they have a lot of superfluous. It's up to you to write it yourself or use ready-made solutions.
