Connect a hard drive through a router to a laptop?

I connect the disk to the router and in order for the beech to see it, I have to write the path in the "execute" command. then it shows a network folder with data from the disk, I tried it through the file managers, they do not see this disk until I add it as a network drive. but after each download of the beech, you have to make a connection from the very beginning so that the beech sees it! tell me how to connect or configure correctly so that this disk can be seen through the file manager or through the network? thanks in advance for the info

For example in execute write something like this
then the hard drive will be already connected when starting the laptop.

And if you just find a disk in a networked environment and, when connecting it as a volume (for example, as a Z: drive), check the box "Restore the connection every time the OS starts"? Not?

I have a TP-link WR842ND ... maybe you said it right, but it turns out that this is a jamb of router settings, but why can't I see it as a network resource? if I don’t add it as a network drive, after I execute the command I won’t write the address
