Configuration files are overwritten after hard reboot
Actually the question is, what could be the reason and how to get rid of it?
Some details - Windows Embedded 7. It is reproduced both when the file filter is not enabled, and on logical drives on which the file filter is not enabled. There was an assumption that the software writes to the file at the time of the reset and therefore it becomes empty after the reboot (by the way, not completely empty, but clogged with a certain number of spaces). But the fact is that this is reproduced even on the NLog config, which is opened for reading only and no one edits it during the operation of the software. Can anyone come across such a problem or at least tell me where to dig? I already tried a bunch of different questions in Google and found nothing.
