Conditions for not being banned for mining scripts?

Good afternoon, dear forum users. I would like to ask you a question regarding the ban in the search results. The situation is this. There is a script that allows you to use the production capacity of the site visitor's computer for mining cryptocurrencies. Being an opponent of hidden mining, I myself understand that with such actions, the search results will tend to zero and in the future to the ban of the site. However, I would like to ask you if there is a corresponding button on the site that will allow the user to choose whether he wants to run the corresponding script or not. In this case, this will also be a discovery and Yandex will ban? Since some web developers wrote on the forums that even with such a button, Yandex receives a notification about the presence of a malicious script on the site.
Perhaps someone has already encountered similar cases.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Make registration, run the script only for authorized users.

Only after pressing the button connect the mining code and its initialization. Show some kind of popup with agreements, some kind of checkbox, that I understand everything and agree with everything, and I think everything will be ok. In any case, the user definitely agreed himself, and did not accidentally click on the button.
