Computers with windows 8.1, windows 10 home in a workgroup with win xp?

They brought 4 new computers with installed windows 8.1 for one language. You can upgrade to windows 10 home. But I can't integrate any of these OSes into an existing workgroup with XP machines.
in System Properties on the "Computer Name" tab, the "Identification" button is not active in both OSes.
In principle, the main thing is that these new computers can work with folders on the server with WinServ2008 without changing anything on the server itself.

What rights does the user have? It looks like you don't have permission to change.
