Computer randomly restarts while playing games?

Hello. From some point, the computer restarted during games. Moreover, there is no special logic at once.
The temperature is all right. That's definitely not the reason.
Because I can play 2 hours at maximum settings (Dota 2) and everything is ok. Then I go into another game (Witcher 3), set the settings to medium and the computer reboots almost immediately, or I can play for a while and the reboot can happen at any time. In some games (Dota 2) lowering the graphics helps (reboots stop completely), in others the computer restarts at almost any settings (Witcher 3).
Computer specifications:
OS: Windows 10 Pro (all updates installed)
CPU type: QuadCore Intel Core i5-4570, 3400 MHz (34 x 100)
Mainboard : Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H (2 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMMs, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
Mainboard chipset: Intel Lynx Point H87, Intel Haswell

Task category: (63)
The application log is a little more interesting:
Error container 1312822293984993924, type 5
Event name: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
Response: N/
A CAB ID: 0
Problem signature:
P1: witcher3.exe
P2: 3.0.19.14337
P3:
10.0.18362.2.0.0 the error appeared with other applications, and there seemed to be no reboots.
What is inside?
A visual review of the motherboard and PSU did not find swollen capacitors, although I am not special in this, I could have missed something.
The video card heats up quite strongly (up to 84 degrees Celsius), but before cleaning the computer and adjusting the ventilation of the case, everything was even worse (> 90) and there were no problems. In addition, the declared maximum temperature for the GTX 770 is 98 degrees Celsius.
As far as I understand, if the problem was overheating, then the computer would turn off, not reboot.
PSU costs 650W when needed 540W - https://outervision.com/b/qILLmE

@riky

most importantly, the BP did not write.
If I reinstalled Windows and the problem persists, then the problem is in the hardware.
carefully check the capacitors for swelling
- on the motherboard
- on the vidyuhi
- in the PSU !!
make sure that the PSU has enough power with a margin, but if it used to be normal and then it started, then most likely the capacitors.
in your case, the motherboard and vidyuhi do not seem to have electrolytes, so you need to immediately look at the conders in the power supply unit, or temporarily change it to another one.
