Computer not working after "shock"?
My computer is in a rather cramped room, where the dog entered and also realized that it was cramped and began to turn around, pushed the system unit with its “thin” booty and the picture on the monitor hung, and the usb connectors stopped working. Turned off the computer. The computer, it seems, turns on, coolers and fans are spinning, but there is no picture and in general the connectors on the motherboard do not work (the front usb connectors work). I looked with my eyes, like, the WIRING did not go to the motherboard, the battery too. What could be the problem? Board: H97M-G43

I would try to disassemble: pull out the video card and memory. Gently clean the contacts with an eraser and assemble back.
If you have a hard disk drive (HDD) in your computer, then listen to see if it makes extraneous sounds when turned on. If they are, turn off the drive and stop any independent attempts to interact with it.
If there are no sounds, and the computer will be able to start, then at least check the SMART of the disk, for example, in the R.tester: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
In it, you can also do automatic diagnostics and run tests. The same can also be done by connecting the drive to another Windows computer.
