In general, the voltage jumped at home, so much so that half of the bulbs burned out and, of course, the computer burned out, with sparks, smoke, etc.
The power supply burned out, and possibly the mother, percent, etc., with it.
A decent-looking surge protector did not help, but turned out to be simple socket.

Tell me a decent service in Moscow, preferably not far from Kuntsevo. Or maybe a decent specialist.
For some reason, offices in the search do not inspire confidence, or maybe I'm worrying in vain?

It can be repaired in any service closest to the house, which has been operating for more than a year.
But here are some good ideas:
1. The surge protector must be grounded, otherwise it works just like a socket.
2. With a high degree of probability, it can be argued that only the power supply burned out.
It is necessary (as you were advised above) to connect a working power supply of sufficient power. It's not hard to do it yourself, try it. All power connectors have either a key or a latch ... mix something up ... you have to try.
