Computer beeps 1 time long + 3 times fast after changing BIOS settings?

As written in the topic, the computer beeps 1 time for a long time and 3 times quickly, the keyboard and mouse light up, the monitor does not. In the BIOS, I just set the boot to UEFI only and 2 more settings, where I also chose only UEFI. I don't understand how this can be related. such a signal, as they say, indicates some problems with the video adapter. What can be done in such a situation?

Reset bios to default settings to start, try with them will start.
