Compensation from hosting, really get?

We keep the site hosted by majordomo www.majordomo.ru/.
On Friday-Saturday, they had some kind of man-made accident, the site stopped working, there was no access to ftp. We found out about this only after contacting those. support. At the moment I have access to ftp, but all data has been deleted from there.
The question is, is it realistic to shake off some kind of compensation from them for this accident and the downtime of the site? so far we have only managed to get 150 rubles for one month of hosting as an apology. Has anyone had such a situation?

No, it's unrealistic. We need to look at the contract. For all normal hosting, such accidents are a force majeure and they are not responsible for it and do not pay compensation. Backups under contracts are probably required to be stored by users ...

Get on their nerves. I understand you, but you will also agree that for the time of downtime your site "will not raise money" more than your entire office. This is absurd. Only compromise. We managed to agree on 150 rubles - rejoice. If it doesn't work out, they don't value you.
