Comparative test TN vs CRT (video 5 sec.) Why and what to do?

So, let's look:
TN (notebook, Samsung, 2008 release):

Now I'm starting to understand why my eyes hurt from a TN laptop and monitor, but they don't hurt from CRT. However, who could explain the essence of things in more detail:
1. Why does TN start moving and large waves appear at minimum brightness? Is it because of the PWM?
2. Why is TN always with horizontal stripes, regardless of brightness? Why are there no bands on the CRT? Is it because of the FRC?
3. Why does the picture flicker when TN moves? Is it related to the reaction of the matrix?
And most importantly - what to do? I read that cheap IPS (up to $ 500) are made with PWM, and LEDs are used, which flicker more sharply and are more harmful to the eyes. And almost everywhere FRC (flicker at the pixel level) is used.

Write some nonsense.
You shoot a crappy laptop matrix with a crappy phone camera, and you try to draw far-reaching conclusions from this. Do you want to outshine British scientists?
Buy yourself a Dell 23-24 with an IPS matrix (23 inches costs a little 200 bucks), set the brightness to what is comfortable for you (and not the maximum), plus do not look at the monitor in absolute darkness, there should always be a small backlight (I use a ceiling lamp ) and you can sit at your computer for dozens of hours without straining.

I’ll put in my 5 kopecks: I also had problems with LCD monitors for a long time - after 3-5 hours my head started to hurt:
- I could more or less sit at the Samsung 943N TN
- even less strained (but my eyes still got tired) Samsung 245T
- but they were least tired of the Sony G520 CRT monitor - for 120 Hz
BUT, I accidentally found (when I was repairing - I changed the conders) Samsung 204B monitors noticed that neither my eyes, but my head hurt.
In general, even TN TN is different. After it, I can’t even look at Sonya (I see hertz, although I still didn’t notice 120 Hz before, lower - yes, I noticed).
Threat and yes, the monik is not cheap (at one time it cost 600 Baku).

By the way, it has 100 dpi - very small pixels (they are not visible)
