Company registration: country, account opening, accounting?

Tell me, share your experience, where is it better to register a company today?
It is necessary to accept payments through paypal and bank payments. The activity is legal and I would like to continue this way. We are going to start accepting payments on the site. Field: IT. US consumer, Europe.
From everything I read in Runet, I began to consider: the USA, Ireland and Britain. I do not consider offshore at all.
In this regard, questions:
1. Are there any problems with the fact that I am not a resident. And it is unlikely that I will ever find myself in the country where the company will be registered
2. If you have experience, then in which bank and country is it better to open an account
3. What taxes and how often do you submit the countdown
4. Fill out everything yourself or use the services of an accountant, if yes, how much does it cost
5. What form of company to register (LLC, LTD, etc.). I know that some forms may not be beneficial for a non-resident or IT.
Thank you.

Not enough initial data for competent advice.
It is necessary to understand, at least approximately:
- Monthly turnover;
- number of transactions per month.
- number of founders
- number of attracted and paid employees.
- business profitability (planned expenses with account turnover)
- the desired method of withdrawing money
- your attitude to the legalization of income and the payment of taxes in the Russian Federation.
In my opinion, with low turnover (up to 10 thousand dollars / month), it is unprofitable to keep a company in the jurisdictions you mentioned. You minimize taxes by going offshore, but you will lose money on supporting the firm.
Pay attention to the Baltic countries and Bulgaria. They have fairly gentle taxation, very loyal banks (sometimes with opening an account without a personal presence), transport accessibility, as a rule - there are no problems with the Russian / English language, and EU membership.
Look here on Toaster, I recently answered a question about opening accounts in the EU without a visit to the bank.

The questions are interesting, but still, in my opinion, it is better to address them to a specialist who can not only suggest, but also solve them. It’s easier to hire a person who will tell you everything and do the right thing than to fill bumps by moving by touch.

Being a non-resident in the country and opening a company is not possible. And by the way, what scares you in the word offshore?) Aviasales offshore, there are a lot of such examples. Being documented by an organization in the US and the EU does not guarantee you any credibility. Roughly speaking, if your product is shit, then at least you will sit in Silicon Valley. You will be nobody and no one will call you. If I were you, I'd look into offshore.

Everything can be done smartly and beautifully. I recently found an interesting scheme from 3 countries: Switzerland - in order to impress customers, a branch is enough without paying the authorized capital and crap with docks; Malta - for corporate income tax 5%; and Slovakia - to withdraw dividends at almost 0% and without "loans" from the company.
If you are interested, there is a detailed procedure here: https://zugimpex.com/en/struktury-kompaniy-mezhdun...
It seems to me that it is quite a decent scheme and not Panama)
