Which companies help in packaging an IT project for investment?

Tell me (or better, recommend with a little feedback and maybe someone with experience can share and approximate prices?) companies helping to package an IT (and not) project for filing for investment, focus on the Bortnik fund, with competence at the proper level, and not amateurish , I will be extremely grateful for some kind of list, I google extremely unbearably.

When startups want to attract investments, they most often make the same mistake - they are looking for a consultant "who will raise money for us." This does not work.
If your company is making less than $2 million a year, it has only three roles to involve anyone in a deal
- a person with connections to introduce you to investors
- a consultant who will tell you the position of investors and the rules of the game, but who will do nothing for you will not be
- a lawyer who will explain the details of the shareholder agreement and help to complete the transaction
For a number of reasons, the presence at the negotiations of a consultant who answers questions for the entrepreneur, or who, God forbid, made a business plan and financial model for the entrepreneur is almost a 100% guarantee of not receiving money. Nobody needs a project in which the founder cannot figure out how to sell his company to an investor and does not know what to write in the business plan.
Prices on the market are approximately the following for consultations:
- for a successful acquaintance with an investor, they charge $5K dollars or 0.5% of the transaction, whichever is more
- for support from $30K or from 1% per transaction, whichever is more (on large transactions, it may be 0.5%, for small ones - up to 10% without prepayment, for the result and full support)

To attract, you must first put the company in order.
Then, if you have already decided where to get money - compliance with formal requirements.
But at the same time, your project should stand out from all the others.
The Bortnik Foundation is not the best place.
We can look at it for free and say we’ll take it, or you still have to cut and cut there.
