Company-legal entity for a freelancer

I need to be a subcontractor for one project, with the conclusion of a contract, etc. ... I don’t want to open an individual entrepreneur. Are there such companies that provide "legal entity" services for individuals?
If yes, what is the common name for it?

In my opinion, this does not have a name, such services are usually provided by acquaintance. Probably also due to the fact that it’s easy to be deceived here, since the contract is concluded with the company, the money is transferred to the company’s account and the legal one, if in the end no one gives you anything, you won’t be able to prove anything. Also, as far as I know, the company cannot receive money from your customer and just withdraw it, in order to give it to you, you need a justification for what purpose the money went from the account. Plus, the company will have to pay taxes. The best option here, in my opinion, is to find acquaintances, friends, relatives who have a registered legal entity. face.

This does not happen. Either register an individual entrepreneur, or negotiate with a counterparty to conclude an agreement with a natural person. face.

And what's the problem with becoming a subcontractor, but an individual?
