Common Web Hosting Problems - Website Availability?

We provide web and dns hosting to clients (based on Parallels Plesk Panel). Uncertain problems with the availability of our clients' websites constantly arise.
Usually with DNS. Either the DNS provider of the user does not give the site address at all, then it gives the wrong one. After updating the site address, provider DNS is updated with a long delay (especially Rostelecom sins with this - up to 3 days).
Gentlemen hosters, what kind of problems do you most often have? How often? How do you deal with them?
Are there hosters here using Plesk? How do you fight to improve the accessibility of customer sites?

I use splash on 12 servers, no problem.
Most likely the problem is with the availability of your servers, splashing has nothing to do with it.

Um ...
I solved this problem very simply - 2 own DNS servers (ispmanager + slave, which takes records with a self-written script). The default TTL for domains is 360 seconds. All problems with DNS are not on my servers - "write to the TP of your DNS provider or delegate to me."
And with providers you will solve nothing. Just write them complaints. Beeline seems to have had an effect.
