Error in VESTA CP - when getting a free Let's encrypt certificate - Error Let's Encrypt acc registration failed - what does it mean?

I'm trying to get a free certificate on the new vesta panel - it doesn't show anything. Domains on the other (old) Vesta-Panel - worked fine and there was support (although with certain difficulties, as I remember it now (I don’t remember which ones).

But now I already checked the box in the domain settings - I save it - and immediately gives this error. What can I do it here? Why is it so? Where to get the data so that they can be manually inserted there - I'll never know ...

If you know what can be done to solve it - please write! Thanks in advance!
