QR codes are now everywhere, in ATMs, on consumer vehicles, and all these are different systems, what if 2 codes from different systems match, by what principle will the smartphone camera determine where to direct a person?

qr itself contains just data.
Scanning a quarre with a camera will not cause any action. The maximum will show a string
