The story is this - I'm doing a quest for children, based on the mechanics of searching for QR codes on the ground. The link to the video must be encrypted in the QR code. The problem is that the quest is held outside the city, where there is practically no Internet, so posting videos online will not work. The way out is to place all the videos on the device (tablet on Windows 10) with which the children will run. But existing QR scanners recognize text like "с:\user\doc.mp4" just as text, not a path to the file, so the video cannot be played immediately after scanning, which is very inconvenient. Maybe there are smart people who will tell you how to fix this or find an alternative, you are my last hope! :)
