I can’t find a suitable laptop on the market:
- Display at least FullHD, IPS, glossy
- Processor i5, i7 with the H prefix, preferably from the 9th generation
- RAM from 8GB, ideally from 16GB
- SSD, better + HDD
- Video GeForce GTX, RTX - sRGB

Everything you listed is in ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR III.
Video cards from 1660 to 2080, processors from i5 to i7, I think. RAM and SSD \ HDD so you can choose. The price is proportionally higher / lower, depending on the configuration.

A motion laptop is a so-so idea. Cut-down video cards, poor cooling, a screen that only fits the interface of the After Effects panels, soldered RAM, CPU and disk without the possibility of an upgrade. Well, the price is twice as much as the desktop counterpart.
