Code with calls to FANN extension functions is not interpreted in PHP7, what should I do?

I installed LAMP on Elementary OS, connected the FANN extension to PHP, restarted everything, checked whether the components are working in the terminal, it says that everything is working properly, I open the php training file in the browser (the training file should appear in the current folder along the way), but in chrome browser it says "cannot access site" and no learning file is generated. I commented out all the lines with the FANN extension functions, everything went fine, what should I do?

Do you have enough permissions to create a file with a script? Perhaps the neural network is configured incorrectly. It would be nice to see the script code
