Cms or own engine?
You need to write an online store, there is practically no knowledge in web development. just basic html, css, jquery, php. Can you point me in the right direction? throw links, how it works. write your own engine? what frameworks are better to use? how long it can take, etc. etc. what may be needed. I really hope for you, thanks in advance!

Don’t write your own, it’s a waste of time...
Ready-made:
OpenCart
Prestashop
and if you need a cool store: Bitrix (but costs money)
But judging by your level, as above, the best Saas solution was written, for example www.merchium.ru
Even if you make to order, you can charge money for customization. It's better than writing an unclear quality of a bike or taking a steam bath with hosting and installing a boxed solution.
Without knowledge, you will not be able to write your own high-quality engine. You can write it with such introductory for the study of technology. But for real use - not worth it.
We know a lot of such enthusiasts;) Why reinvent the wheel, use ready-made engines.
Still, I can advise the Yii framework, for it there is already an open source assembly for yupe-project.ru stores
try OpenCart
Or even easier, find a SaaS solution that suits you.
Take a CMS or some kind of codeigniter-type framework, better, of course, Lark.
It is better to use a ready-made CMS
+ normal documentation
+ ready-made modules
+ community
+ less time to set up and fix bugs.
I recommend OpenCart or PrestaShop.
If there is a lot of time, then do it on YII and tighten the skill, and the speed will be more (if done correctly)
If time is short, take CMS, choose a lot of them.
I recommend working with YII , of course there will be a lot of work, but it will work with high quality!
