CMS for the catalog of objects. 1C-Bitrix or Drupal (or other)?

Hello.
There is a dream about a project - a catalog of objects.
On an intuitive level, I consider 1C Bitrix or Drupal, as they are the most popular.
Tell me, in which CMS to look for specialists?
What will need to be "finished" in the CMS:
1) Selecting objects by filters
2) The ability for users to edit objects (text, position in the hierarchy)
3) The ability to set the hierarchy of objects (Organization -> Branches -> Objects)
4) Displaying objects on the map

For such tasks, Druoal 7 + Views is very well suited. In the 8th version, Views is included in the core, but I probably would not risk taking 8k yet.
Views will help with all sorts of filters. And with the user rights in Druoal "out of the box" everything is quite flexible.

Wordpress with plugins is fine. Display on the map is solved using the google API or yandex API.

It is quite possible to implement this on MODx Revo. Faster, cheaper, more convenient than where you are looking.
