What is the best replacement for Wordpress for an information site?

Good afternoon!
For the site, which was originally conceived as a blog, CMS Wordpress was chosen due to the large selection of themes, ease of use even for a beginner, as well as the cheapness and speed of creating a site from scratch. Now there is a need to restructure the site, update the design and make the site more user-friendly. The new design is in progress and the question arose: leave WP or look for something new?
Input data:
• base — tourist guide with static pages, several sections in the menu for different categories;
• in one of the sections of the menu there will be a blog with standard functionality;
• you will need the functionality of commenting with authorization through social networks and receiving notifications about new comments or replies to your comment;
• you need a convenient admin panel for creating pages/posts with a text editor (headings, text size, color, etc.), the ability to insert blocks with ready-made design (quote, information block, warnings, etc.), inserting a map , video, etc., as well as individual photos or photo galleries. And also write description, title, etc. for SEO;
• so that in case of improvements you can find a specialist, ask for help on the Internet or figure it out yourself using a search engine;
• high-quality technical side (not outdated, quite popular, without security problems, supporting modern technologies, etc.).
I understand that any site can be made using different means, but I don’t understand technology and I need an outside opinion.Should I leave WP or are there better options (both CMS and without them)? With cleaner code, download speeds, and more. - the best option from a technical point of view.
Upd. Again, the question is not whether there is voiced in WP (everything is there and works now with the old design and structure). The question was raised a couple of lines above.

I did not see anything that would be a problem for the VP.
I will say even more - almost everything described is in the VP almost out of the box.

If you keep the current version of Wordpress and do not install the left hacked plugins and themes, then it's great.
Much available out of the box indeed

The best option is to write your own engine and sharpen it specifically for the needs of the site, however, as I understand it, you will probably have a problem again later: to expand the site or not. And I’m not sure that you have a project of a fairly serious level, it’s quite possible to get by with Wordpress. The system is convenient for the average user, first of all, because it has a huge number of plugins, functions, etc., everything that you said, as already mentioned, can be organized out of the box.

If you are not a coder, there is nothing better than standard solutions for you. VP is developing effectively and if you don’t have a portal with millions of records, it will do just fine. As for speed, it is a matter of website optimization.
