Tell me (recommend), please, which company is better to contact to create, develop (refine) CMS for certain tasks.
I dealt with fl.ru. But, lately, the result is not comforting. Plus, the scale of the current tasks is very heavy. I prefer to discuss the solution of such problems internally in the office. Or in person.

Well, look for companies that are still working with Joomla, if you need it based on it. Just do not delay - start right in the morning.
And if you start your own CMS from scratch, since you can contact any office. I have not yet come across studios or more or less sane developers who, at a certain stage, would not start sawing their CMS. Any company that has been on the market long enough will probably have its own CMS in one stage or another of abandonment.
