Is there any point in using grav? And how to translate the skeleton template?

Among all cms, I gave the choice to grav.
Since it is ideal for a developer blog. It does not require a database and the pages are stored in a single file. The design itself is minimalist.
But like everything else, everything has its pros and cons. I would like to know what problems can be encountered using this cms engine. And what are its main advantages, is it relevant at the moment?
Now I started to study it from the skeleton template) But I ran into 2 problems, namely, with the translation of English into Russian

. These are the words that I looked at all the code and did not find ...
And with the installation of comments when you add them to the page, nothing happens in vain.

21st century in the yard. So-so argument against the base.
WP is full of them. For example https://bootstrap-wp.com/
Moreover, there is no point in bothering. If there is a ready stack on WP. A couple of plugins and you're done.
