The same news feed as in VK (an unregistered user can also view it). In general, the purpose of the site is to enable the exchange of music and culture of a particular nation. I found a lot of CMS engines on the Internet, which one to choose, tell me why to choose it, please describe in detail what are the pluses and minuses.

You are going to make a clone of vkontakte, only a curve. And since we are talking about finding a CMS, you don’t have money for development. And so there was no money for marketing. And so .... well, in short, why continue?
You can make an MVP on CMS only on the basis of finding investors to pay for the development of a real product. The reality is that such projects are much cheaper later to write directly on frameworks like laravel or symfony, and then further tighten up by expanding the development team.
