CMS for collecting website statistics?

Hello, when a couple of years ago, I came across a free cms, the essence of which was the collection of site statistics, ala Yandex.metrics and Google Analytics.
Does anyone have experience with it or something similar? but I don’t remember the name and Google doesn’t help out.

what you have come across is called Piwik
or bbclone or AWStats or Webalizer
but it's not a CMS
