CMS and tablet support

Is there a CMS whose admin panel is laid out so that it is convenient to use it on tablets as well?

You do not need to choose a CMS, but an adaptive template.
For example, CMS Drupal - you can specify different templates for the admin panel and the general part of the site, or you can use one theme for everything.
If you use an adaptive theme, then even on a mobile phone (Android), the admin panel will work fine. Of the problems that I encountered is loading images if it was done through a flash loader, but this is no longer a CMS problem, but one specific module that is not a problem to replace or disable for a tablet.

You can reshape the admin panel of your favorite CMS the way you like. For example, using different templates .
Although in the same WP the admin panel is quite convenient to use on a tablet.
