RSA Registration Manager missing checkboxes

Hello.

Faced the following problem today. The goal is to configure RSA Registration Manager to work with multiple Certification Manager jurisdictions a. I do everything as it is written in the Administration guide (request access to jurisdiction, confirm in CMe, select “disabled”). In disable, judging by the guide, you need to select the checkboxes for those jurisdictions that need to be activated, and click Enable. But there are no checkboxes! That is, there are jurisdictions themselves, confirmation from CM came normally, but you cannot select them.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows how to fix it?
