Cloud game streaming services - what are the prospects?

There is one Russian service playkey , there are references to other foreign services that Sony bought and closed.
From the latest news - home streaming from NVidia (Shield), Playstation NOW and Steam Home, but this only applies to local streaming when a powerful "server" machine is already available.
Interested in analogues of the playkey service (to play by receiving a video stream from the server without installations and other things) - is there something similar with more recent games? If not, why not? What are the pitfalls?

One of the main pitfalls is the channel width from the server to the client. It is necessary to calculate and transfer about 30-60 720p images per second over the Internet, depending on client input

"to play by receiving a video stream from the server without settings and other things", I don’t even want to give analogues, read about RemoteFX

Sea problems:
Home streaming is still all right, but Internet streaming has little chance in the coming years.
