Similar to Amazon S3 for a Rails application?

Please tell me an analogue of Amazon S3 for Rails applications. I will use to store Paperclip files. And I would also like to know how to store the database separately from the application on heroku. Perhaps this is already known to everyone, but I'm still new to this.
