Cloning MIFARE card data is possible?

I have an arduino, an RC522 reader and some MIFARE cards (blank and encrypted).
2 Car wash cards. The cards store their balance (I'm sure that the balance is stored directly on the card, because the administrator can write the balance of the card from a computer that is not connected to the network using special software). I know the balance of each card (if it helps).
Is it possible to clone one card to another without knowing the keys? When reading a map with the DupmInfo example from the MFRC522 library, all sectors except 1, 2, 3 and 4 are read, which means that the encrypted data is stored there.

You can’t copy without keys, but you can find them through Linux with your reader
