There is a company that sells gardening equipment. The company has such a division as a service center.
The specificity of work is seasonal (spring and summer - lawn mowers, etc., snow blowers in winter).
Quite often, customers hand over their equipment for maintenance or repair. The terms of repair are very different. From 3 days to several months (spare parts are delivered for a long time). At the stage of agreeing on the cost or after the repair is completed, not all customers are in a hurry to pick up the equipment. Thus, our service center has turned into a free warehouse for client equipment. There is not enough space.

Question: is it possible for the robot to call customers and report on the status of the order or recommend contacting the company to clarify the details (MGTS seems to have implemented this for debtors). If the client hung up the phone without listening to the end - a second call + pressing a key to confirm the information he heard.
Implementation based on oktell is possible. We are also ready to cooperate with third-party services to provide this service.

A live operator is not offered for certain internal reasons.
