Recommend a program for sending emails via SMTP?
I want to connect Amazon SMTP and send emails to a database of 10,000 contacts.
I'm looking for a fast and free or inexpensive option.

Check out the UniOne service for transactional emails, it will be cheaper than Amazon at a price. And there you can immediately create templates for different events and view statistics on shipments.
