One advertising company fell into the hands of Yandex direct, and so all ads either in the title or in the text of the ad at the end say "click!" can this be considered normal?

Yes, this is a call to action. You need to use it wisely, but in general, many people do this. Although I personally do not always approve, this is not considered bad practice by contextologists ....
