I write a message to the form (textarea) that is processed by CKeditorom, I write the usual text "My dear friend" there, and at the output I get it as in the screenshot, how to fix it, who will tell you, also when I do a line break in the editor, it adds tags

About tags - everything is correct. This is how he implements line feeds. I don't understand much about the screenshot.
