Ckeditor clipping text formatting?

Good afternoon, I added ckeditor to code igniter, but when sent to the server, all tags are cut off except for text that has not been formatted. I also screwed ckeditor on a bare project, but everything works fine there, text formatting is not cut off. What is the problem?
