Cisco: wpa-psk key encoding method in config?

There is a Cisco access point. In the config, I see something like:
wpa-psk ascii 7 000F01324F4606160946405C50
Question: how to get this hexadecimal set from the SSID and the key? I couldn't find anything related to this subject on Google.
